Filthy and outdated rooms necessitate a thorough cleaning regime!!! Insufficient maintenance of facilities would improve experience!!! Check-in delays detract from arrival, leading to unnecessary guest frustration!!!

Had large and perfect room with a depressing atmosphere, bedroom, a patio, and protected with smoke detectors. The location was good in the ski area.

I stayed here for a business meeting and was quite impressed with the room's spacious layout and the comfortable sofa. The mattresses were great. There was a bit of noise from the front door slamming, which interrupted my sleep. The amenities provided were decent, but I would have appreciated a microwave in the room.

Simple hotel, staff were attentive and the location was marvellous near the ski area. The room was large and functional and included central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave, loved it. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fairly clean bathroom. Location: the venue was just off mountain, a quick getaway, and a restaurant next door. Dined at Tap House & Grille, it was at a short distance from the venue:)))

The staff's willingness to assist transformed our stay into a nice one. They even took family photos while we played games in the cozy lobby! The rustic charm of the rooms and the large game room with arcades provided both comfort and entertainment. Although the Wi-Fi could have been faster, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the onsite dining option had enticing margaritas. The hotel had plenty of space, but the furnishings showed signs of age.

It was just a perfect match for a day tour in Windham with reasonable value. The fitness center had all the equipment we needed to keep up with our workouts. Remember to bring your own DVDs for the movie theater.
